Objects instantiated from AssetBundles ignore light probes
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (AssetBundleProbeTest_v2.zip)
2. Open TestScene
3. Build Asset Bundle (AssetBundle>Build AssetBundles)
4. Open Lighting (Window>Lighting) and Build GI
5. Play the scene it will load sphere as prefab and as AssetBundle
6. Notice that the one loaded as AssetBundle ignores light probes

This is not fixed yet. My LightProbes work fine when i open the Scene directly in the Editor. But when i load the scene from the asset bundle, the light probes do not work at all!

Still have bug in 5.6.2f1. Why marked fixed?
