[UIBuilder] Objects in UI Builder are changing their actual size when zooming in and out
To reproduce:
1. Open the project “RootUssBug”
2. Open Assets → UI → RootStyleTest.uxml
3. Zoom in and zoom out
Expected result: Objects' actual size remains the same
Actual result: Objects’ size is getting bigger while zooming in and smaller while zooming out
Reproducible with: 2021.3.9f1, 2022.1.16f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a10
Could not test with: 2020.3.40f1 (Package errors)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.5.1 (Intel)
Note: To avoid the problem open the RootStyleTestUSS.uss and comment :root line
