Object space vertex positions are changing when a SkinnedMeshRenderer is scaled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached user's project
2. Open scene 'Scenes/Test'
3. Observe the scene
Expected result: Both MeshRenderers and SkinnedMeshRenderers are the same brightness regardless of scale
Actual result: SkinnedMeshRenderers brightness changes, indicating that their object space vertex positions are changed
Reproducible with: 10.8.1 (2020.3.32f1), 12.1.6 (2021.2.17f1), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a9)
Couldn't test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.37f1)
