Object Picker lists assets from packages when packages assets visibility is set to "Hidden"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “PickingRepro”
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene” scene
3. In the Hierarchy window select “GameObject” GameObject
4. In the Inspector window under the “Visualtreeasset” open the Object Picker window for the “Tree” variable
5. Click on the “Toggle Visibility of Packages” button
6. Inspect the shown assets
Expected result: All assets that are in the parent folder “Packages” are hidden
Actual result: Only some assets are hidden when the visibility button is toggled
Reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a22
Reproducible on: macOS 13.0
