[Oasis] Viewport is aligned to bottom left corner when render viewport scale is lower than 1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "AdaptiveRepro.zip"
2. Open "main" scene
3. Open Holographic Emulation window and connect to a remote device (used HoloLens)
4. Enter play mode
5. Move the headset to change viewport render scale
Expected behavior: Viewport is aligned to center regardless the render viewport scale
Actual behavior: Viewport is aligned to the bottom left corner when render viewport scale is lower than 1
Reproducible with: 5.6.1f1-MRTP8
Not reproducible with: 5.6.0f3-MRTP7
