NullReferenceException on build. Tags are unrecognizable
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build and Run on Android, iOS or Standalone
3. Select "Play" and "Normal"
4. Observe that balls do not spawn anymore
Expected result: tags in the app should be recognized causing no NullReferenceException
Tested and reproduced on: Standalone, Android, iOS
Android devices:
Sony Xperia Z2 6.0, LG Nexus 5 6.0, Motorola Nexus 6 7.1, Xiaomi MI 4 LTE 6.0
iOS devices:
iPad Mini 2 (iOS 9.2.1)
Does not occur in the editor

Resolution Note (2019.1.X):
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
