NullReferenceException is thrown when clicking the "Select Preset" button
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-5050_sandbox-urp”
2. Press Edit → Project Settings → Input Manager
3. Open “Select Preset” window (click the tiny slider icon in the top right of the inspector)
4 Observe the Console
Expected result: “Select Preset” window opens
Actual result: Errors in the Console appear and “Select Preset” window doesn’t open
Reproducible with: 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.2.0a19
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro & MacOS 12.6
