NullReferenceException is thrown when holding down a V key and attempting to move a vertex, edge, or a polygon
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select an existing PB object
2. Enter Vertex, Edge, or Face edit mode
3. Hold down the V key to enable vertex snapping
4. Try dragging the edge using the transform handle
5. Observe the errors in the console
Notes:
- Observed in 2020.2.0b5, running ProBuilder package version 4.4.0
