NullReferenceException is thrown when closing the Plastic SCM window
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Open the “Window → Plastic SCM” window in the menu
3. Close that window
Expected result: Window closes without any abnormal behaviour
Actual result: Window closes with “NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object” thrown in the Console log
Reproducible with: 1.17.0, 1.17.2 (2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.18f1, 2022.2.0b9, 2023.1.0a12)
Not reproducible with: 1.15.18 (2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.18f1, 2022.2.0b9, 2023.1.0a12)
Couldn’t test with: 2.0.0-preview.6, 2.1.0-preview.6 (errors are thrown after Package download leading to inconsistent behaviour)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.5 (Intel)
Does not reproduce on: Windows 11
