"(Null Asset) ..." error is thrown when opening HDRP Sample Scene template project for the first time
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with the “HDRP Sample Scene” template
2. Open the Console
Expected result: No errors
Actual result: “(Null Asset): Exception while compiling expression graph: System.ArgumentException: This method should not be called on a disabled block” is thrown
Reproducible with: 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b4, 2022.2.0b8), 15.0.1 (2023.1.0a10)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.0 (2020.3.39f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.10f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.16f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.b3)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.0.1 (Intel)
Note:
- Only reproducible with HDRP Sample Scene template
- Once cleared from the Console or the project is re-opened, the error does not return

Resolution Note:
The bug was identified as a duplicate. The symptom is different but the root cause is the same. The fix for 7785 was tested and it also fixes this bug.
