NotImplementedException thrown when accessing X509Chain.ChainStatus in certificate validation callback
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (certificate-validation-bug.zip)
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: no errors are thrown in the Console window
Actual result: NotImplementedException is thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a24, 2020.1.0b15, 2020.2.0a18
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0a23
