Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Install any new package
3. Close project
4. Create a new project
5. Open Package Manager. Installed package in step 2 will be marked as installed.

Not reproducible with Package Manager UI: 2.0.1

- Editor UI Text is displayed incorrectly or blank, and "Unable to load font face for [System Normal]." and other warnings are spammed when Editor Font is set to System Font and TMP Package is imported
