"Validation: Write range..." errors when creating and destroying GraphicsBuffer rapidly in WebGPU
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN-97038_Bug-WebGLQuads”
2. Click File → Build and Run
3. In the Builds browser enter the Developer Tools mode so that the browser’s console is visible
4. Observe the console errors
Expected result: No Validation Write Range Storage Buffer errors are present
Actual result: The console is flowing with Validation Write Range Storage Buffer errors
Reproducible with: 6000.0.5f1, 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b10, 6000.2.0a7
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.4f1
Fixed in: 6000.2.0a8
Could not test with: 2022.3.60f1 (ArgumentException error)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Resolution Note:
This issue was fixed as part of another reported issue. The latest releases of 6.x have the fix.
