No warning on import if file type is unsupported

To reproduce:
- Create a new project
- Try to import the attached .m4a file by right-click in Project View.
- Observe that on Windows and Mac, this is not possible
- Try to drag and drop the file from the Desktop to the Project View
- Observe that the file is imported, but it does not show/play in Inspector Preview and there is no error message in Console

Expected result: A warning message when attempting to import an unsuppported audio format

    This issue may occur for one or more of the following reasons:
    One or more Windows Media Player files are missing or damaged.
    You are trying to play a media file that has a file format that Windows Media Player does not support. For example, you are trying to play a .viv file. Windows Media Player does not support .viv files.
    The media file is damaged.
    The media file uses a codec that is not installed.
    The media file uses a codec that Windows Media Player does not support. https://skartecedu.in
