No tooltip for Duststorm and Fireworks in "Particles" scene
Steps to reproduce :
- import the Sample Assets
- open the "Particles" scene and press play
- navigate trough the effects and notice that Duststorm and Fireworks don't have any tooltip unlike the other effects
