No Stats are shown in the “Display Stats” tab of Rendering Debugger
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP or URP project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Open Rendering Debugger (Window > Analysis > Rendering Debugger)
4. Open the “Display Stats” tab and observe the result
Expected result: Stats are shown
Actual result: Stats are not shown
Reproducible with: 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a12), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b3), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a4)
Not reproducible with: 12.1.7 (2021.3.7f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.12f1), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a11)
Could not test with: 2020.3.37f1 (No Rendering Debugger)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)

Resolution Note:
Fixed by another internal issue: UUM-7000: [HDRP] Editor Rendering Debugger Avg, Mix, Max fields do not show any values
