No DrawProcedural in CommandBuffer
There is no DrawProcedural function in CommandBuffer. According to user:
"The command buffer lacks functionality to draw procedural
things in the proper place in the rendering pipeline. This is essential to
get my GPU particle system (and all other draw procedural applications)
play nicely with other unity rendering systems."
