No Diffusion Profiles available when adding a new Profile after resetting Diffusion Profile List in HDRP “Graphics” Settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using HDRP 3D Template
2. Open Project Settings window
3. Select “Graphics”
4. Find “Diffusion Profile List”
5. Press on the Pick button
6. Observe the list of the Diffusion Profile settings
7. Back in Project Settings window > “Diffusion Profile List” reset the settings for the list to be empty
8. Press “+”, then press on the Pick button
9. Observe the list of the Diffusion Profile settings

Actual results: after resetting Diffusion Profile list, user is no longer able to pick new Profile from the list as no Profiles are shown
Expected results: after resetting Diffusion Profile list, user is able to pick a new Profile from the list
