“New Scene” window UI breaks when minimizing
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open “New Scene” window (File > New Scene)
3. Select "Basic (URP)" Template
4. Minimise the “New Scene” window as much as possible
5. Observe the Template description box
Actual results: “Locate” and “Edit” links overlay description text, scroll bar looks squished when minimizing window
Expected results: “Locate”, “Edit” and scrollbar should dynamically adjust when minimizing window
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon, Sequoia 15.5 (M1)
