New Projects: "Enable Unity Analytics" stays selected in following projects even when deselected previously
1. open unity and observe 'new project' launcher
2. de-select the 'enable analytics' checkbox
3. open project
4. select the 'new project' option
observe bug: the 'enable analytics' checkbox is now enabled
