"New" label overlaps item titles in the "Import Unity Package" window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open or create a project
2. Go to "Window" ->"Package Manager"
3. Go to the "My Assets" section
4. If you don't have any assets please download them (for example "Snaps Prototype Office")
5. Click on a "+" on the import button
6. Try to resize the popup window
7. Observe the "New" label section
Expected result: "New" label section overlaps item titles. Added screenshot in the "Attachments" section.
Actual result: The user shouldn't be allowed to resize the window to such a point or in that case, titles should end on "...." and labels shouldn't overlap them.
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a23, 2023.1.2f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2021.3.28f1.

Resolution Note:
This was a design choice but we might want to revisit it in the future.
Especially if the remove window is unaligned.
