New keyframe has inconsistent tangent status when created next to broken
- Using the "ReproBugBefore" clip, notice that the end keyframes are all auto, and the center keyframe has broken tangent
- Add a keyframe between the first and second keyframe (right click/Add Key)
- New keyframe appears to have editable tangents, but actually behaves like an auto-tangent
