New Input System experiences 1-2 frames of input delay when compared to the Legacy Input Manager
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “InputLossReproCase.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” in Assets/Scenes
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Wait until all 3 balls have landed on the ground and press Space Bar to make them jump
5. Observe the Scene view and the Console window
Expected results: All balls jump on the same frame with no input lag
Actual results: Often the Input System balls jump 1-2 frames after the Legacy Input ball
Reproducible with: 1.7.0 (2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.32f1), 1.8.2 (2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.32f1, 6000.0.6f1)
Reproducible on: macOS 14.4.1, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
