New Cylinder Shape Radius is limited to 0.001 and cannot be changed when using ProBuilder Shape Tool window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1228271.zip' project
2. In the ProBuilder window select the '+' button next to 'New Shape'
3. Select 'Cylinder' shape
4. Try to change its Radius value
Expected result: it's possible to change the Radius of a new Cylinder
Actual result: it's NOT possible to change the Radius of a new Cylinder
Reproducible with: 2018.4.19f1, 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a4 (preview.4 - 4.3.0)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.19f1, 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a4 (4.2.3, preview.1 - 4.3.0, preview.2 - 4.3.0)
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1 (Package Manager not available)
