[UNET] Network Discovery via UDP broadcast fails in a larger network
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "NetworkTest.zip" project
2. Build Server for Android
3. Uncomment line 1 in "TestScript.cs" script
4. Build Client for Android
5. Install Server and Client on different devices
6. Start both applications at the same time
7. In the Server press the button (Initialized (server))
8. In the Client press the button (Initialized (client))
Expected Result: A button appears with text "Game at ::ffff::IP"
Actual Result: No button appears
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a3, 2019.3.0b2, 2019.2.5f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2018.4.8f1
Could not reproduce on: 2017.4.32f1 (builds fail)
