Nested Lists in Scriptable Objects crash the Inspector and the "Assertion Failed" console error appears when expanding an empty Nested List in the Inspector
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “Bug demo.zip“ project
2. Select the “new behaviour script“ Asset in the Project tab
3. Create an element under "Elements"
4. Create an element under "Value”
5. Collapse all the fields
6. Delete and add an element under "Elements"
7. Expand the element
8. Observe the Inspector and the Console
Expected results: The List opens up normally
Actual results: The Inspector crashes and the “Assertion Failed“ Console Error appears

Not reproducible in: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.23f1, 2023.2.17f1, 6000.0.0b11
