NavMesh.SamplePosition makes objects get stuck on edges of the NavMesh polygons
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by user (TPC.zip)
2. Open "test_scene" scene if not already open
3. Make sure Navigation tab is active
4. In Play mode, walk around in the game using WASD
5. Observe how character gets stuck on edges of polygons
Expected: character does not get stuck on edges of polygons when setting the position of it based on results of NavMesh.SamplePosition
Actual: using NavMesh.SamplePosition to set the position of the character, the character gets stuck on edges of the polygons
Reproduced in 5.5.3p2, 5.6.0f3, 5.6.1p1, 2017.1.0b5
