Navigation finds a ghost selectable Prefab when the Prefab is open and enters Play mode
To reproduce:
1. Open the user’s project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Open the Console
4. Navigate buttons with arrow keys (up and down)
5. Notice that the log tells which button is selected
6. Open the “Button (PREFAB)” Prefab (Assets → Prefabs)
7. Enter Play mode
8. Navigate buttons with arrow keys (up and down)
Expected result: It is possible to navigate through buttons with arrows
Actual result: It is not possible to navigate, and the navigation catches the whole Prefab
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a15, 2022.1.13f1, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0a9, 2023.1.0a11 (partly, see Note2)
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.38f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.0a14, 2022.2.0a17, 2022.2.0b4
Could not test with: 2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0a16 (Package errors)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.5.1 (Intel)
Note1: With 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0a9, it is impossible to navigate with arrows, but the navigation does not catch the whole Prefab
Note2: With 2023.1.0a11, you can navigate with the arrows like normal, but it's possible to navigate below the lowest button (i.e. nothing is visibly selected)
