Navigation Agent get's stuck and does not reach destination
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open test scene
3. Enter play mode
4. Observe how the "Characters" (spheres) are going towards "Target" game object.
Expected result: They reach "Target" game object.
Actual result: They get stuck.
