[Input] Navigating the keyframes in the Animation Window triggers Windows sound
Navigating the keyframes in the Animation Window by using Alt "," or Alt "." triggers Window sound
Repro:
1. Create a simple animation with some keyframes
2. Jump between the keyframes using Alt "," and Alt "."
3. Windows sounds are triggered
