Native Plugin Crashes in x64 Standalone Build
To reproduce:
1. Open repro project
2. Play 'test' scene in editor (works properly)
3. Build and run scene for Windows x86 (works properly)
4. Build and run scene for Windows x64 (build crashes)
Expected vs Actual: scene should not crash when build and run scene for Windows x64
Reproduced on: 5.6.0f3, 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.1p3, 2017.2.0f1, 2017.3.0b2, 2017.4.9f1, 2018.3.0a8
