Name Input field does not appear when creating an Asset Bundle containing Sprite in Inspector Window
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-supplied project
2. In Project Window select Asset "Square"
3. At the bottom of Inspector Window: create a new Asset Bundle by pressing on a dropdown and selecting New
Expected result: Name input appears and you are able to create an Asset Bundle
Actual result: Cannot enter a name for the new Asset Bundle
Reproducible in: 2019.3.0a10
Not reproducible in: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.4f1, 2019.1.11f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a2
Notes: The problem does not appear when trying to create an Asset Bundle containing a Prefab
