Multiselect with the keyboard does not work as intended when using arrows, shift, and ctrl
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project "LTSBugs.zip"
2. In the Project window select "icon_camera 1"
3. Hold the shift button and press the right arrow key until you reach "icon_camera 7"
4. Hold the shift button and press the left arrow key
5. In the Project window select "icon_camera 8"
6. Hold the shift button and press the left arrow key until you reach "icon_camera 4"
7. Hold the shift button and press the right arrow key
8. In the Project window select "icon_camera 1"
9. Hold shift and click on "icon_camera 3"
10. Hold ctrl or command and click on "icon_camera 6"
11. Hold shift and click on "icon_camera 9"
Expected results: Steps 1-4: Selection is "icon_camera 1-6". Steps 5-7: Selection is "icon_camera 5-8". Steps 8-11: Selection is "icon_camera 1-3, 6-9"
Actual results: Steps 1-4: Selection is "icon_camera 6-7". Steps 5-7: Selection is "icon_camera 4-8" and continue selecting 9, 10. Steps 8-11: Selection is "icon_camera 1-9"
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a21, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.2.0a20
