Multiple "There is no application set to open the document" popups appear when pressing the Edit button in the Inspector window for a material with External Script Editor set to "Open by file extension"
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Make sure the External Script Editor is set to "Open by file extension"
- Create a new Material (Assets > Create > Material)
- Select the created new Material in the Project Browser
- Click the Edit button at the top of the Inspector window
- Observe the popups
Actual results: 2 popups appear and a third one when trying to close one of the popups
Expected results: 1 popup appears
Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.64f1, 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.0b12, 6000.3.0a3
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.5
Notes:
- Does not reproduce on Windows 11
