Multiple project browser windows share the same selection
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open two project browser windows
3. Make sure both point to root assets folder
4. In one of the windows, open Scenes directory
5. Select SampleScene
Actual result: Both project windows have SampleScene selected
Expected result: SampleScene is selected only in one of the windows
Reproduced with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.2f1, 2021.2.0a17

Resolution Note:
This is ByDesign as the ProjectBrowser should always follow the global selection so there is no confusion with what the Inspector shows. This is similar to the Hierarchy etc.
