[MultiDisplay] Primary screen is not responsive if application is started with non native resolution
1. Open attached project
2. Build to OSX standalone
3. On dialog window select lower resolution(e.g. 1920x1080) and start in fullscreen
4. Main screen will be black and secondary screen will be frozen
5. Press cmd F to make it windowed and both screens will work
6. Press cmd F again to make it full screen and it will be frozen
Workaround: start in windowed mode or use native resolution
