[MSE] Scenes don't get cleared after exiting play mode when loading async with activation set to false
Scenes added using SceneManager.LoadSceneAsync during runtime with allowSceneActivation set to false don't get cleared after exiting play mode.
Steps to reproduce:
1) open the attached project
2) play scene 'scene'
3) click 'loadMultiScene'
4) exit play mode

Actual results: Scenes don't get cleared after exiting play mode
Expected results: Scenes get cleared after exiting play mode
Reproduced: 5.4.0b3, 5.3.1p3, 5.3.0f4
