[MSE][Build] Unloading scene created with SceneManager.CreateScene will remove assets stored in resources folder
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project
2. Run project in Unity Editor and press button multiple times
3. Cube will load and unload fine (expected behavior)
4. Build and run project and press button multiple times
5. Cube will not load after the first load and unload cycle (actual behavior)

Quite an inconvenient bug. Can't wait for it to be actually fixed. :(

This is not fixed in 5.3.2. Can you clarify when this will be resolved?
