Moving windows to a different scaling monitor or scaling them after places them out of screen bounds
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. St one of your monitor's scaling to 150%
3. Keep your editor in that monitor
4. Move one of the editor windows to the other monitor
Expected result: window is moved to a correct location
Actual result: window gets placed out of or almost out of screen
