Moving Component Up or Down does not support Undo
To reproduce the issue follow the steps:
1. Create a GameObject
2. Attach a few of components to the GameObject
3. Right-click a component and choose the 'Move Up' or 'Move Down' option
4. Notice that there is no 'Undo Move Component' option in the Edit menu
