[ComponentReordering] Order of components isn't saved
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project (repro764986.zip)
2. Open test scene
3. Move up or down Newbehaviorscript component on Main Camera object
4. Save scene and reload it
5. Notice that Newbehaviorscript component is in its original position
