Move tool Gizmo flickering when trying to move the disabled Cinemachine Camera with the Tracking Target
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "CinemachineBug" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Select the "Third Person Aim Camera" in the Hierarchy and make sure it's disabled
4. Select the "Move Tool" in the Scene view
5. Try to move the Camera and observe the results
Expected results: The Gizmo doesn't move, the same way it behaves when the Camera GameObject is enabled
Actual results: The Gizmo moves and then suddenly goes back and results in flickering
Reproducible with: 3.1.0, 3.1.3, 3.1.4 (6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.10f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2)
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.5 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
