MouseMoveEvent returns a positive Position when the Cursor leaves the Window
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new empty Project
2. Import the attached Package
3. Press Game > HUD on the Menu Bar
4. Press Add Item > Sword
5. Click on the Sword and try to move the Cursor outside of the Window
Expected result: The Sword gets cropped when moving far enough outside the Window
Actual result: The Sword snaps back with an offset when reaching certain distance thresholds
Reproducible with: 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.12f1, 2021.2.0a21
Could not test with: 2019.4 (Compiler errors)
Notes:
Reproduces on both Mac and Windows
Works as expected if M1 is held down while dragging
