Motion Vectors of Occluded part of a GameObject are drawn when Dynamic Batching is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. In the Scene View, move to Capsule on the X-axis
3. Observe the Motion Vectors drawn
Expected result: Motion Vectors of Occluded part of a GameObject are not visible
Actual result: Motion Vectors of Occluded part of a GameObject are visible
Reproducible with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a11
Workaround: Disabling Dynamic Batching in Edit->Project Settings->Player
