Monodevelop will not open to the file it was launched for
To reproduce:
0) Have MonoDevelop installed and set in Preferences as the default editor
1) Create a new project
2) Create a script
3) Open it
Expected: The specific script is opened in MD
Actual: MD is opened generally without the file in focus
Reproduced in 2017.4.0f1, 2018.3.0f2, 2019.2.0a2
