Monodevelop unfolds all folded segments on save sometimes
To reproduce:
1. Create a script and open it in monodevelop
2. Make sure folding is enabled
3. Write some code in Start() or Update() and fold it
4. Save
5. Add a comment somewhere (or edit the comment, just make some changes to the code)
6. Goto 4
7. Folding is lost
