[MonoDevelop] Refactor rename doesn't rename implementations of interfaces
Steps to reproduce:
1) open attached project
2) open 'NewBehaviourScript' with mono
3) Try to refactor-> rename Method()
Expected: gets changed in interface and class
Actual: changes only one of the instances
