UNetWeaver - 5.5.0b4 with MonoUpdate failes to compile a project

I had this same error in OSX, after upgrading to 5.4.1 from 5.3.x. I am unsure of the cause or the solution, but I believe it may have been caused by installing a newer version of Unity over an older version. I may have solved it by deleting the Unity folder in the "Applications" folder, reinstalling Unity, and then rebooting.
