Module installation fails when trying to download the Visual Studio module
How to reproduce:
1. Try downloading the Visual Studio module in Unity Hub
Expected result: Module installs
Actual result: Installation fails and "Install failed: Installation Failed" error is thrown
Reproducible with: 3.4.2
Reproduced on: macOS Darwin 22.4.0 (user’s)
Notes:
* Issue does not reproduce on other modules
* User did not have any OS updates, hardware or network changes
