Model's texture is broken (black/glitchy) when Mesh Compression is set to Low/Medium/High
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1249407.zip' project
2. Load the 'BrokenUVs' scene
3. Observe the texture of the objects in the scene
4. In the Project window select the 'TestModel'
5. In the Inspector window set the 'Mesh Compression' to 'Medium' (make sure to apply changes)
6. Observe the texture of the objects in the scene
Expected result: objects retain their texture
Actual result: objects are black/glitchy
Reproducible with: 2019.3.14f1, 2019.3.15f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.13f1, 2020.1.0b10, 2020.2.0a12
Note: reproduces with all compression modes
